Care Tips

Hand wash gently: Clean the borosilicate glasses by hand using a mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh scrubbers or abrasive cleaners, as they can potentially scratch the glass surface.

Handle with care: When washing and drying, handle the glasses delicately to prevent accidental bumps or knocks that could cause breakage. Borosilicate glass is durable but can still be vulnerable to impacts.

Dry with a soft cloth: After washing, dry the glasses with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots and maintain their clarity. Avoid using abrasive towels or cloths that could scratch the glass.

Avoid extreme temperatures: Borosilicate glass is resistant to thermal shock, but it's still best to avoid subjecting it to sudden temperature changes, such as extreme heat to freezing cold. Allow the glasses to reach room temperature gradually before washing or storing.

Store properly: Store the borosilicate glasses upright in a clean and dry place to prevent dust accumulation and minimize the risk of chipping or damage. Avoid stacking them tightly, as this can increase the chances of breakage.

Dishwasher safe: While borosilicate glass is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to prolong its lifespan and maintain its pristine condition. If using a dishwasher, place the glasses securely and use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

Returns/Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom glassware, and each piece is crafted with care. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchased items.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your custom glassware arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at sales@lintzglass.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged item(s). To expedite the process, include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items, as this is an issue that needs to be addressed with the mail carrier. However, we will work with you to provide any necessary documentation or assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom glassware are processed promptly to ensure timely production and delivery. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at sales@lintzglass.com.

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time.

We ship through USPS shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the available shipping method. Tacking will be provided immediately upon shipment of purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to only the United States of America. If your location is not included, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments
